  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Creator Account & Onboarding

To use our platform, you must:

  • Create an account and verify your email.
  • Provide your social media profiles or other required information.
  • Maintain an accurate payout method (e.g., PayPal email address).

We may review and approve creator accounts before they are activated. We reserve the right to reject or deactivate accounts that do not meet our standards.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not:

  • Promote illegal, hateful, violent, or adult content.
  • Engage in click fraud, fake traffic, bot activity, or any scheme to generate false sales.
  • Mislead users about products or make false claims.
  • Use Coral to launder money or conduct any unlawful financial activity.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension, termination, or withholding of payouts.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Earnings are calculated based on verified transactions tracked through Coral's system (e.g., Amazon Attribution or other data sources). If transactions are disputed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, we may adjust or withhold commissions accordingly.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are made on a regular basis (e.g., monthly) after commissions are confirmed.
  • Payouts are sent via the payment method you select (currently PayPal).
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
  • We may delay or withhold payouts in case of suspicious activity, chargebacks, or account investigation.

6. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings. We may request tax information (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN) if required by law.

7. Account Termination

  • You may stop using Coral at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, prohibited conduct, or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coral is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost earnings. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount of unpaid commissions owed to you.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Coral after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
