What to expect

We read every message. Replies come from a person, not an autoresponder, and arrive at the email address you give us — so please double-check it before sending. If you are writing about a specific brand, affiliate program, creator, or payout, including the program name, the creator's email, or the link in question will get you a useful answer on the first reply instead of the third. If you are an existing customer, writing from the email address on your Coral account helps us find you immediately.
